These terms are an agreement between you and Goldilocks, K.K., doing business as Photomosaic Studio™ ("we"), for using Photomosaic Maker at photomosaic-maker.com. By using it, you agree to them.
What Photomosaic Maker does
You choose a main photo and 100 to 1,000 other photos, and we arrange them into one picture. Making and sharing the mosaic is free. The free version is preview size with a watermark. You can also buy the full-size HD file, or a print that we have made and shipped for you.
Your photos
- Your photos stay yours. You let us use them only to make, show and deliver your mosaic, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Only upload photos you have the right to use. If other people are clearly recognizable, make sure they'd be comfortable being in it.
- Don't upload anything illegal, sexual content involving minors, or content meant to harass someone. We may remove mosaics that break these rules and report illegal content.
Sharing
You decide who gets your share link. Anyone with the link can see the mosaic. Ask us and we'll delete it.
Purchases
- Prices are shown in US dollars before you pay. Sales tax is added where it applies.
- HD files are delivered as a download right after payment. If the file doesn't work or isn't the mosaic you made, tell us within [N] days and we'll fix it or refund you.
- Prints are made to order and shipped by our printing partner. If a print arrives damaged or misprinted, tell us within [N] days with a photo and we'll reprint it or refund you. Because each print is personal, we can't take returns for a change of mind.
- Delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by carriers and customs.
Fair use of the free tool
The free tool runs on our own computers. To keep it fast for everyone, we limit how many mosaics one visitor can start per day, and we may block automated use.
Our part
We work to keep Photomosaic Maker running and your photos safe, but the service is provided "as is". Mosaics are made from your photos by a computer, so how closely one resembles the main photo depends on the photos used. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for a purchase is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; using the service after a change means you accept it.
